The Kamehameha Schools Hawaii Campus
Scholarship Fund was established in 2002 with the assistance
of the Ke Ali’i Pauhi Foundation.
KS-PTO established a scholarship
fund with $10,000 and applied for a matching endowment that was available
through the Ke Ali’i Pahui Foundation and was awarded $10,000 for
the scholarship fund. In 2004 the KS-PTO Board was able to invest $50,000
into the scholarship fund for a total of $70,000 our goal is to reach
$100,000. In 2007, the KSTPO Board achieved its goal of contributing $100,000 to this scholarship fund. Since Hawai’i campus’ first graduating class, this fund has provided $500 scholarships to qualifying applicants.
